Description
This course is designed for people who have never traded before and want to find out if trading is something that they’d like to pursue. Here, we explore the basics of how financial markets work and how participants can interact with them to make money.
Trading is not tossing money into the markets and hoping for the best, nor is it comparable to gambling in a casino. Instead, it is a risk-controlled endeavor designed to make money from price movement. Those who study market prices carefully and employ sound trading strategies are able to profit in ways that other people cannot.
Students may proceed through the course at their own pace, though the course must be completed within the allotted 7-week time period. To reinforce learning, a quiz is included at the end of each lesson. Instructor support is available throughout the course via email.
